What Dupie is — and what it isn't
Dupie is an independent comparison tool. We read published ingredient lists (INCI) and show products with a similar composition at a lower price.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the brands whose products we compare. Trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
- A match score describes similarity of composition. It does not mean the products are identical, perform the same, or feel the same on skin.
- We do not sell anything. Purchases happen at the retailer.
Not medical or safety advice
Ingredient data can be incomplete or out of date, and manufacturers reformulate without notice. Always read the packaging before you use a product, especially if you have allergies or a sensitive skin condition. Dupie is not a substitute for advice from a dermatologist or pharmacist.
Subscriptions
- Dupie offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. We never see or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You manage and cancel a subscription in your store account — not in Dupie. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.
Invites
Your invite code rewards you when someone else applies it in their own app. Codes may not be spammed, published on coupon sites, or applied on devices you control to claim rewards for yourself. We may withdraw rewards obtained this way.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. It never affects which alternatives we show or the match score we calculate — those come from ingredient data, not from what pays us.
Using the app fairly
Please don't scrape or bulk-copy our catalogue, resell our data, or try to break the service. We may suspend access that damages the service or other users.
Our content
Ingredient data comes from open databases (including Open Beauty Facts, ODbL) and public manufacturer listings. The match scores, the catalogue as a compilation, and the app itself belong to N2N s.r.o.
Liability
Dupie is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the data accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or current, and we are not liable for purchase decisions made using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Slovak or EU law.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top and announce material changes in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. As a consumer you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
